Make up: the looks

Make-up is a tough topic because it's different for everybody. But the natural look works for majority of us. Then there's the glamour look, or professional or flirtatious.

So I like to call the natural look "beauty base zero" the flawless but natural look. It's easy to get this look.

First a good face wash.

Second a good foundation or cover-up

Third a light lip-gloss or lip stick [ try to keep natural colors]

Fourth a brown mascara

Fifth a light nude or neutral color for eyeshadow

There you go.

Glamour:

Put on all your cover up or foundation stuff after a wash and get all your shadows and liners and stuff out.

 Now choose you glamour style: Indie, NYC, Hollywood, or night on the town.

With indie you get more color in the shadows and, of course, fake lashes. Stick to pinks and reds and oranges.

With NYC you get more blues and greens....almost peacock like. Its like smoky eyes but a little bit more creative. Also fake lashes!

With Hollywood you get more browns, tans, and nudes in your shadows and yes more of the natural look. Stick to smokies with this style. And you don't need fake lashes for this one.

With night on the town you can sprout blacks and greys. Smoky eyes work best for this category and try to keep it beautiful and not goth.

Professional: 

Stick to muted colors and natural looks. You will look like you know what you're doing. Oh  and try out bright color lip sticks and glosses to spice it up.

Flirtatious:

This is the easiest one; stick to natural looks but with pops of bright colors in one spot only!

Ex. Betsy went to school but all she had on for make up was the natural look. Her friends said to her
"Oh no girl! You look so boring!'' So they took her to the girls room and handed her a bright pink lipstick and shimmering lip gloss then they handed her a bright hued eye shadow pallet and told her
"Okay choose between the shadow or the lip-wear!''    "Why can't i wear both?" Betsy asked....

''Because that's over-kill''
