Yes we all love layers, whether its cardigens or blazers or leather jackets or lacy vests. we all do it and look good or at least i hope. But leggins is another thing. as youve all noticed patterned skinny jeans are here and we love them with cute basic shirts with vest or blazers, but leggins? YEAH I KNOW they arent always cute. but with even fanned tanks they're soo cute. ankle or knee length leggings. mmmmm oh yes fashion fall is upon us!
