Honest!
You know whe someone asks you if they look good but they really don't, but you say good anway? Well it happens alot and its okay. Just don't be the person who asks unless your confident in trusting them. If they truly don't look good and its consistant spend some time to help them, if they are someone you don't like or don't talk to then try to not stare and change them mentally. Just ignore them as best you can. If it is something you can help then do! don't hold back when it comes to friends! Or if its not consistant and just a one-day-er then let it be but let them know. The same thing goes for makeup, if its too much let them know!
